Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 6 August 2026
 

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid services, workshops, digital products and other paid offerings available through www.priyabhimra.com.
 

By booking or purchasing a paid service or offering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy.
 

1. Appointment Bookings
 

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting me before the scheduled session.

Where possible, cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
 

2. Rescheduling
 

Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled to another available date and time at no additional charge.

Rescheduled appointments remain subject to availability.

3. Late Cancellations
 

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, a refund may not be available.

Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis where exceptional circumstances exist.

4. Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide prior notice, the appointment will be treated as a No-Show.

No-Shows are generally not eligible for a refund or complimentary rescheduling.
 

5. Free Discovery Call
 

The Free Discovery Call is offered as a complimentary introductory session.

If you are unable to attend, you are encouraged to cancel or reschedule in advance.

Repeated missed appointments may result in future complimentary sessions being declined.

6. Paid Counselling Sessions

Refund requests for paid counselling sessions will be considered only if:
 

• the appointment has not yet taken place; and

• the cancellation is made in accordance with this Policy.
   

Once a counselling session has been completed, the service is considered delivered and no refund will be provided.
 

7. Psychometric Assessments
 

Where a psychometric assessment has been purchased or included as part of a counselling package:
 

• once the assessment has been issued, activated or accessed, it is considered delivered;

• assessment fees are generally non-refundable after activation or access.
   

8. Paid Workshops and Events
 

Workshop registrations may be cancelled before the event.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific workshop:
 

• Registration fees are generally non-refundable.

• A request to transfer the registration to another participant or a future workshop may be considered at my discretion and subject to availability.

• If a participant is unable to attend a workshop, non-attendance does not automatically entitle them to a refund.

• Where a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by me, participants will be offered either a full refund, where applicable, or the opportunity to attend the rescheduled workshop at no additional charge.
   

9. Digital Resources
 

Digital products, including downloadable guides, templates, worksheets, eBooks or other paid digital resources, are non-refundable once access or download has been provided, except where required under applicable law.

Free resources provided through the Student Development Hub are not subject to a refund because they are provided without charge.

10. Cancellation by Me
 

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule a counselling session, workshop or other paid service due to illness, unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, you will be offered either:
 

• a full refund, where applicable; or

• the opportunity to reschedule the service at no additional cost.
   

11. Processing of Refunds
 

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the processing timelines of the payment provider or financial institution.
