Future Ready provides ongoing personalised guidance, strategic planning and continued support to help you confidently work towards your academic and career goals. Along with gaining career clarity, you’ll receive support with academic planning, profile building, college preparation and reviewing your progress. This program includes: ✓ Everything in Career Compass ✓Three 45-minute Personalised Career Counselling Sessions ✓ Two Parent Counselling Sessions ✓ Career Progress Reviews ✓ Academic Planning Support ✓ Profile Building Recommendations ✓ College Planning Guidance ✓ Priority WhatsApp Support (60 Days) What Happens in Each Session? Session 1: Getting to know the student, understanding their interests, aspirations and career concerns, and preparing them for the psychometric assessment. Session 2: Discussing the assessment results, exploring suitable career pathways, and identifying relevant subject, stream and course options. Session 3: Narrowing down suitable options and creating a personalised Career Development Roadmap and Career Action Plan. Session 4: Reviewing progress and providing guidance on academic planning, profile building, college preparation and the student’s next steps. Parent Session 1: Discussing the assessment insights and key career recommendations, and helping parents understand how they can support the student. Parent Session 2: Reviewing the student’s roadmap and progress, addressing concerns, and helping the family align on future decisions and next steps. Please note: Future Ready Program is a complete multi-session program. This booking schedules your first 45-minutes session; the remaining session will be arranged separately. This session takes place after you have completed your psychometric assessment.
